Cheese can come in many forms,
some blue, some yellow, soft and hard.
it can be stringy, or a block, sometimes a wheel,
some times it's fragrant, but usually it smells.

swiss is the holiest of these;
bleu can make the allergic sneeze;
pepperjack is my favourite cheese.

what would a sandwich be,
were it not for cheese!?
just a boring compilation of meat.
We need cheese.
